I was very pleased with (Brad's) ? honesty. I apologize, l am not very good at remembering names most of the time. However, he was upfront with me and mentioned that he didn't think that the issue l was having was due to the steps, and he explained to me why he thought that. So l thought that was commendable as some people/companies would have told me otherwise just to get a client and work order.
