Todd and his crew were able to resolve my heat issues in a timely manner. They even moved my furnace back up better than what it was, and cleaned up very well when they were finished. Even though there was an issue with the furnace, Todd returned until everything was right at no extra cost.

In my opinion, when selecting a service-oriented business, one must consider being responsive to a need, knowing completely how to fix a problem, and assigning a fair price for the work. Todd Crosswhite's RiverTree HVAC and Plumbing more than meets this criteria.
My situation involved failure of the circuitry of the indoor air-handling unit of my heat pump. Unfortunately for me, this came at a time when the outdoor temperature was cold. But Todd's responsiveness to coming ASAP was very much appreciated--to determine the problem, then to develop a repair plan.
Since my heat pump is old, getting replacement parts was not an easy thing to do, but Todd used his knowledge to get what he could, and then put together a "hybrid" arrangement, and it now works just fine.
He had to work in my home's crawl-space, and that was not the most desirable, given the temperature. (As far as the house, the temperature dropped to below 50 degrees over the course of several days.)
So all-in-all, there is no question one should choose RiverTree Enterprises and Todd Crosswhite when needing HVAC service work. As I said, he came when I called, he was able to put together a solution, and his costs were very fair.
