I'm very flexible, I'm very experienced in such as I do one time cleaning, spring cleaning, move in move out, rentals, new construction, commercial cleaning, reoccurring cleaning, offices, houses to sell ect...... I am very particular about my cleaning. I strive to be the best. I really enjoy cleaning and meeting people. I have experience in fire or water clean up also. so I pretty much can clean ANYTHING. Always using antibacterial products. Use alot of all natural cleaners I love cleaning. I like making everything look and smell amazing!!

Always professional and timely. Rona has excellent communication and is responsive. She sends helpful text reminders to confirm. She cleans with an attention for detail and adapts to new requests. She comes with a crew and they have all been respectful and great at what they do. She is thorough and efficient. The house looks amazing when she is done.

Could not have asked for or received better service. Set up the time, arrived on time,and took on the work enthusiastically and in detail. This was a home requiring a deep clean as it is called. That is what Rona promised to do and that is what she and her team accomplished. Most professional! All for a cost to me that was most reasonable.

I got a letter from my landlord with practically no notice to get my apartment completely clean of my cats mess. Not only did she assess the damage same day but she came to my rescue! They cleaned every single thing! And the value was amazing. $150 for practically a move out clean. I will be hiring her again.

I thought the job that Rona and her staff did was great. They went above and beyond, and they were able to clean stains in by basement bathroom that had been there for years. I will book them again for sure. Liked the price value also.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job. Standard Cleaning Service starts at 75$ and Deep Cleaning Service starts at 175$. This a very intense cleaning!! The price I quote are an estimate. I come out and look at exactly what has to be done, then give you a definite price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to make an estimate, then see exactly what needs to be clean. Then give a final price, and then stay in touch with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience. I have learned alot of cleaning tips that really work over the years.
