I reached out to this company after getting in over my head on a diy project as a home owner. I replaced some fittings and could not get a connection to stop leaking (bad threads).

Matt showed up to address the problem for me. He already had a good idea of how to fix it from our phone call and came with the necessary parts. He was able to fix it in the matter of a few minutes.

His character was top notch as well, very polite and genuine. He made me feel confident so I showed him another small issue with my drain and he was able to solve that in seconds for me.

It is refreshing to find a fearless, ethical, and innovative plumber to work on my old quirky farmhouse. After being misled and taken advantage of by price gouging large companies with a large overhead, “one size fits all“ solutions (which required replacing everything to fit THEIR needs), and high interest financing; I am blessed to know Matt Davis. He only replaced what needed replacing under the house and in cabinets; then incorporated new faucets and a farm sink; small details which went along way to modernizing my kitchen and bath. I provide all pricing before beginning the work. I take special care to ensure I quote exactly what needs to be done, so the price won't change once I begin the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every home gets a thorough plumbing inspection and water quality test. Since most plumbing issues are related to maintenance and water quality, it is important to understand the root cause of the issue. Once the issue is properly diagnosed, I will provide a detailed quote of the work to be completed and the cost involved. Once the work is approved and completed, it is thoroughly tested.

I have my Master Plumber license, as well as various certifications for WardFlex and TracPipe
