Appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism. But the work quality was not upto our liking and others were offering less , but went with Simon as he seemed more knowledgeable about our project. Unfortunately that didn't translate in the workmanship. Gaps and visible holes should have been dealt and now lack of commitment to come out and fix these issues are souring the whole project.
