FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally do a site visit to meet the clients and talk to them about their needs and expectations for their project. I also determine the man-hours and materials required for the project. At this time I sometimes help the client select colors, product and sheen for the project. Then I take this info back to the shop and calculate our bid. After the bid and a start date are agreed upon, I send a contract to the client, usually receiving a deposit to secure the start date and materials.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Monolith Painting company as a faux-finishing and decorative painting technique company. Now we do interior and exterior as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked primarily on residential family homes and horse farm and estate projects in the Middleburg, Upperville, and Ashburn and greater Loudoun area.
