- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by time, not by number of pets or services requested. If we can complete everything in half an hour, that's what we charge. We also provide 10 minutes visits, 1 hour visits, overnight stays and pet transportation services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a free, in-home meet-and-greet with our client and their pets. We go over what our client needs and make sure we can fulfill their request. This also means that when we pet sit, the pets don't think we are scary strangers! We go over and sign a contract with our client so that we are all on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in Pet First Aid + CPR. We have experience giving medications to animals through our volunteer work and our own pets. We have over 10 years of experience caring for animals. We are always seeking new ways to learn, either through experience or self-directed learning.
