Everything was great! This was our first time hiring a cleaning service for our home and they reached all expectations. The communication was on point from the chat and during the clean about what was next and if everything was to satisfaction along the way. So pleased with this company!!! The team was easy to communicate with from start to finish. Everything was spelled out and clear and understood. They arrived ready to work, brought their materials and supplies, did a fabulous job, and even did a couple of things I had not expected (i.e., I had asked just for a deep cleaning of my tub in the bathroom, and the floor - they did the toilet too, which needed it, though I had said not to worry about it!). My refrigerator was in very sad shape, but when they finished, it looked brand new!!!! My oven sparkles, just everything was really top notch!! They really did an excellent job. I am moving away from the area or I would hire them to come and clean for me on a regular basis!!! They are top of the line, very professional and pleasant. When they left, I had even left out heavy trash for our valet service, which had not yet been picked up, and they offered to dump THAT for me as well (of course I would not let them do, but how generous!)!! Very kind, felt like working with a local partner type relationship, rather than big corporate America. They worked swiftly, took no breaks, did not ride the clock and were very courteous and hardworking. Hire these people. . . you will be very glad you did!! I certainly would do so again if I had the chance!!! Thank you for a job well done!!!!
