Wonderful Customer Service. TJ was at our rural home within 2 hours of our initial call. Had the needed part in his truck. Replaced part and was finished within thirty minutes. EZ Fix will definitely be our go to for future repairs. Thank you!

Hired on Thumbtack
Terrible experience. Tech Arrived and performed inspection and we had discussion. Stated he had the part needed for repair in truck. Came back in from truck did another inspection, said he needed a clamp that he did not have. Then told me he had another job and would be back between 2-5 probably closer to 5. This was at 10:30 am. I said fine I will be waiting. He never returned, I called numerous times and left message. He never returned calls even a day later. This is a very shady business. Tech name is Abdul according to him but I don’t even believe that after this experience. I will advise all to stay away from Liberty Appliance. I hope Thumbtack will review this business so no one else is deceived by this Company!!
