We used KCS to replace our HVAC units and water heater, and were extremely impressed with their work. After receiving several estimates, we decided to go with Neal because he was easy to work with, gave the best price, and found a unique solution to a refrigerant line problem which didn't involve cutting holes in our drywall (something I had asked each estimator about and only Neal had come up with a solution for). Neal came out quickly to start the job which took 2 days, and when I missed the appointment for our second day, he offered to come out and finish the work on Sunday, his next day off, to get us out of the scorching heat. Overall, a 5 star company, and I would suggest using them for any of your HVAC needs.

Excellent service. Called that morning and arrived in the afternoon. Air conditioning was not cooling, it was diagnosed within 5 minutes, total time 20 minutes.
