KCS very quick to respond and scheduled me for the next day. Neal, their top tech was very professional and worked quickly to locate and to repair my A/C unit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with KCS.

We used KCS to replace our HVAC units and water heater, and were extremely impressed with their work. After receiving several estimates, we decided to go with Neal because he was easy to work with, gave the best price, and found a unique solution to a refrigerant line problem which didn't involve cutting holes in our drywall (something I had asked each estimator about and only Neal had come up with a solution for). Neal came out quickly to start the job which took 2 days, and when I missed the appointment for our second day, he offered to come out and finish the work on Sunday, his next day off, to get us out of the scorching heat. Overall, a 5 star company, and I would suggest using them for any of your HVAC needs.

first thanks for Neal Kincheloe , he is an experienced technician and he knows what he is doing. I requested both coils and furnace cleaning, the technician confirmed that the coils are clean and he only did the general furnace cleaning with detailed motor cleaning for a very competitive cost that no one has provided to me the general cost for this service was only $59.00 (most of other contractors were willing to charge me at least $350.00). Will do business with you again and again l. Thank you!
