- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Upfront pricing is for me to show up to your house and do a troubleshooting only, parts and labor is a different price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually give them 30 minutes courtesy call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for 4 years while working for a company, i have been tested by the State of Virginia of my knowledge, i been trained by different manufactories and i have been doing it for over 12 years now. I have my Master of HVAC.
