Alexis is ALL THINGS AMAZING!!! I interviewed three coordinators and all of them were pretty fantastic, but I felt immediately excited to work with Alexis. I purchased the week of coordinator package and I received that service and so much more! Alexis handled my wedding with so much professionalism and even talked me “off the ledge” during the week of my wedding. It was obvious to everyone that she was committed to providing exceptional service and my wedding was everything I hoped for and more. I recommend Alexis to any and everyone who is looking for professional event planning services for reasonable prices.

I found Alexis within 2 months of my sister’s wedding and I am so glad that I did. Not only were her packages reasonable to what I had seen, she was immediately responsive and accommodating with our last minute request to meet and show up to a walk thru with days’ notice. Off the bat she was extremely professional and jumped right in to understand what my sister needs were. Closer to the wedding day and the actual day I will say my sister had quite a few loose ends…major loose ends that she as the bride didn’t follow thru on, which could have very well made for a dreadful wedding day. Alexis and her assistant made every effort to pull it together, fine tune the details with the caterers and vendors literally with 24 hrs of the event. Alexis and her assistant were on it and helped with any and everything we needed that day and I mean everything. Consider all that was going on and out of place it’s nothing short of amazing. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and efforts to pull it together. Overall she was just very nice to work with and had such a sweet spirit. The wedding turned out to be a success! It was a beautiful day. I would definitely recommend her to any brides looking for a flawless execution of their wedding day plans and anyone looking to keep pesty relatives at bay in the planning, which in this case was myself.

Alexis and her team planned our wedding and we had a great experience. She was professional, worked with us on all of our particulars/must-haves and hustled like crazy on the day of our ceremony and reception to make it all go without a hitch. She was exactly what we needed. She offered suggestions on decorations, color schemes, invitations, save-the-dates, food, drinks and party favors – everything we needed. The final look of reception was outstanding as she incorporated our multi-color motif.
We would hold chats every other week or so in the months she worked with us and she even worked around our schedules to make sure they happened. On top of that, she’s very personable, was energetic about and committed to our special day, which gave us a lot of confidence and eased the nerves knowing she had everything taken care of.
She was very candid in her recommendations and transparent about prices, ease of doing things and instrumental in helping us choose our caterer. Our wedding was classy, modern and even drew some Bridgerton comparisons. She worked well within our budget with flowers and rentals.
Ours was a non-religious ceremony with a friend doing the officiant duties and Alexis provided the script to her. She made sure our rehearsal went well and ensured our specific inter-cultural theme was incorporated (we are an Indian-American couple). She also helped us with our pre-wedding Indian party and helped with Indian catering as well. She is definitely considerate of what the client needs (she provided an opportunity for the bride to get some glamour shots and made time for it when we didn’t think of it). We are very happy with teaming with her and would recommend her if you’re thinking about hiring a wedding planner who will stay true to your vision and make it better.

The coordination of my wedding was flawless thanks to this team. My wedding day was worry free, they took care of every detail and stayed until every detail was completed. Everything was on time to the minute. I highly recommend.
