Michael was very wonderful even though the company couldn’t do the job. He took his time to explain what they could do. He also referred me to someone else that could do the work. He did not rush he explained what type of work they did and if I have any other projects that I think they will be able to do I will not hesitate to reach out.

Inspection Jesse came out and did a wonderful job explaining the process JES does with foundation repair. He was very courteous and professional.
The JES team did a great job in my crawl space. It is now dry and usable.

Update:I am completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone I met at JES Foundation Repair. Bryan Rutherford and Morgan Oakley arrived at my home right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started working right away, also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process and gave me an accurate estimated time of completion.When the job was about 90% done, unfortunately a piece of equipment broke down. They finished the remaining tasks as much as they could, cleaned the worksite and promised to come back a week later to complete the job, as soon as the faulty equipment was fixed.To my surprise, Bryan called me the next morning and told me that hed be back on that day, as he was concerned about the unsealed area of the driveway and wanted to take care of it right away. He managed to find a workaround, drove to my house (out of his way) and completed the remaining job. They did such a fantastic job my driveway almost looks like new again!Thank you, Bryan, Morgan, Jesse for your help. I would not hesitate to recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy concreterepair.---------------My concrete driveway needed repair and I found JES Foundation Repair while searching for a local contractor. Jesse Anderson got in touch with me right away, and visited my home the next day. He was on time, courteous, patient, provided clear answers to all my questions. He emailed me a very detailed inspection report, including drawings to depict the projected work and a reasonable cost estimate, at 9:05pm on the same day. Later on, I had some follow-up questions and Jesse was always very understanding and responsive. On one occasion, he was kept busy during working hours but emailed back to me at 11:38pm, which was totally unexpected. Its hard nowadays to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer as much as Jesse did.I am impressed by Jesses professionalism, diligence and genuine concern towards customers. I have subsequently signed a service contract with JES Foundation Repair, looking forward to having my driveway fixed in early October.
