I don't typically write reviews, but I must leave one for Naim. He got back to me quickly with a reasonable price to make a much needed spare key for our car. He was also very accommodating in coordinating time and was very punctual. Thanks to all of his hard work, we now have 2 sets of working keys for our car, saving us time and money from needing to go to the dealership! Love that he came to our house and everything he needed was in his van. He was super nice and very easy to work with. I am so grateful to have found him on Thumbtack!

I had an amazing experience with Mr. Naim. He installed two locks in my house and did an excellent job. His work was very professional, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. On top of that, he was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. What I really appreciated is that he doesn’t just fix locks he also gives helpful recommendations about other things around the house to improve security and safety. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Mr. Naim to anyone looking for reliable, high quality work.
