Robert was very quick to respond on Thumbtack. He and his team were efficient and careful moving a piano down a slope to the basement. There was a small hiccup with scheduling, but they were quick to make it right and were great with communicating throughout.

Wish the app would let me check off all qualities. The team was professional, on time, took care moving the piano to make sure it was safe. When the piano arrived at the destination-the had to drive the truck up an incline, navigate a few front steps and got it where it needed to go. Price was reasonable-guys were great/use them!!!
