Absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! Very professional, down to Earth, easy to talk to and genuine with the work they did. We were out of a water heater for 10 days and he came to the rescue and made sure everything was secured and working properly before leaving! I would recommend them to ANYONE!

I recently hired The Professor Plumbers to install a 75-gallon natural gas water heater and a whole-house pressure reducing valve (PRV), replacing equipment that was over 20 years old and clearly at the end of its life.Another company, FH Furr, had identified multiple failures with my system. This included a leaking gas valve, failing expansion tank, and a completely failed whole-house pressure reducing valve (or PRV). FH Furr quoted me $7,500 for the parts and labor to replace all of this. I decided to source the parts myself instead: a Rheem water heater from Home Depot for $1,900 (including expansion tank and drain pan) and a PRV from Lowes for $120.I reached out to The Professor Plumbers and worked directly with Devante, who was excellent from start to finish. He helped with scheduling a good date and time, provided a clear list of additional parts that were needed (copper & brass fittings that ran about $100), showed up right on time, reviewed the work order and agreed price upfront, and got to work immediately.What stood out most was Devantes professionalism and kindness. He explained how the new system works, shared best practices for yearly maintenance, verified the homes water pressure was back within code after the PRV install, and made sure all trapped air was fully cleared from the system before finishing. He also kept the workspace clean and treated my home with respect throughout the entire process.All said and done, I spent thousands less than the original quote and felt confident the work was done correctly and honestly. My time was valued, my property was respected, and my budget was met very reasonably. I have more plumbing work planned and will absolutely be using The Professor Plumbers again.Thanks again, Devante!
