I always make sure that I am update on the most recent types of software that I commonly use.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was trained in high school as a clerk-typist and moved into a secretarial position after graduation. I was a natural at helping people get their projects done. When the age of word processor and computers came in, I transitioned to it with ease. I've kept up my skills ever since.
