Awesome job! Robert helped me work through the mediocre support I was getting from Lowes and Samsung. Was also super flexible with time and working around the appliance delivery unset schedules. Additionally, he told me that I would need to get a gas converter I’m order for him to install the dryer to keep from delaying the installation because the part wasn’t available. Super helpful and totally recommend his services. Mahalo!

Robert was very detail oriented and forthcoming, which were the exact traits I was looking for in my search. He came to inspect the main water line in my home since a valve was leaking, and provided quality solutions to get it replaced. We scheduled it some time later, and he performed the work quickly and with skill. He also noticed another valve that was leaking as well, so he went out to home depot to obtain the part to replace it since he didn't have it on hand. He is very thorough, professional, and I highly recommend his services.

First off, I never, ever, ever write reviews...I am the type that usually tells everyone how great or not it was but never have I taken the time to actually write a review. This is an exception, because I was so blown away... Service beyond expectation! Wow!! Robert is good people! What I liked most about this entire interaction was that once I met him, I knew I was in good hands. Its clear, he knows (a lot about what) needs to be done and honestly that's really what we are looking for when looking for help! His expertise and know how comes not only from his vast experience, but more so because it really matters to him that he does a good job. He has integrity and I when you meet him its clear that doing a good job is so very important to him, that his word must mean something. Robert contacted me to confirm appt, let me know when he was on his way and confirmed his arrival. He checked things out and kindly let me know what he found and what was needed with explanation / options. Once we agreed on a plan, he went and picked up (!!) the heater (went to 3 places!!) and installed the new water heater that day. Offered to haul it away too. He also noticed that the timer was not working. He set it when he arrived and noticed later that day when he came to install the water heater it had not moved. He again gave me options and we decided to replace it. Since his attention to detail was topnotch, I also asked him to look at another issue in the bathroom. He was also able to take care of it (same day, did I mention he does not waste time!!) and offered a follow up plan on how we should proceed further protect the wood from water damage. Robert is the real deal, he just knows his sh&@! I will be calling him again without a doubt!

Some job I can quote a fixed price, but some jobs have too many variables and unknowns to be able to price it without seeing it so for that reason I have to charge an hourly rate

I do not discriminate based on how long you have been a customer, everyone is treated the same, and everyone receives my best quality work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation builder contractor, I have been on the construction site since I was 7 years old, watching my father and grandfather work. I learned the building trade mostly from my family. I am trained as a Plumber, I worked for the best Master plumbers in my area both in commercial and residential installations and service. I have also taken classes at the community college for maintenance HVAC technician.
