Amazing. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to take his time or give us the runaround. He’s helped us twice. The first time he could’ve easily went with the more expensive fix but he explained the issue and gave us options. The second time I messaged him explaining another issue and he told me what it may be and quoted us for the possible problem so we could know what to expect. We scheduled an appointment and fixed it within an hour and explained to us what the issue was

I couldn’t recommend Robert enough. His methodical approach to resolving our plumbing issue resulted in not only the highest quality product - replaced shower valve and faucet set- but also minimized the scale of the project. In addition, to the plumbing Robert was also able to patch our drywall. Although it was a long day for him. He stayed until the job was done and done right. We will be welcoming Robert back for future projects.

Robert responded my request for the service on the same day and came on Sat. morning same week to fix all of our problems including bathroom/kitchen sink/toilet leaks and much more. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some job I can quote a fixed price, but some jobs have too many variables and unknowns to be able to price it without seeing it so for that reason I have to charge an hourly rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not discriminate based on how long you have been a customer, everyone is treated the same, and everyone receives my best quality work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation builder contractor, I have been on the construction site since I was 7 years old, watching my father and grandfather work. I learned the building trade mostly from my family. I am trained as a Plumber, I worked for the best Master plumbers in my area both in commercial and residential installations and service.
I have also taken classes at the community college for maintenance HVAC technician.
