Good: Saul the tile guy did a great job on the wall and floor tiles. Jan the coordinator responded quickly. The not good: 1) multiple people dumped water from paint, cement board remains, etc on my lawn (next to fruit trees) which there is no way to fully remediate. 2) plumber was all drama - turned away the ordered tub because “some of the insulation was missing” (I didn’t read the installation instructions until after - there was nothing missing); ordered and picked up a different tub and he said the same thing - but he was complaining the shipping styrofoam blocks (not intended for installation) were missing. Got him to install it. 3) Had clean up items - minor but toilet tank leaked and door frame paint was full of bumps and nicks. They offered to send someone to fix but I opted to fix myself. End result was good, but I wouldn’t use them again.

Hired SR Improvements to prep my home before painting, installed recessed lights, ran speaker wire, painted,and installed new wood flooring. Overall, the project was completed quickly, the work was done well, and they kept me updated throughout the renovations. I'll hire them again to do more work in the future.
