We believe in fair, transparent pricing with no sales pressure or hidden fees. Because we’re a small, locally owned business with low overhead, we can offer competitive rates while still using top-quality materials. Every home is different, so we take the time to inspect the project, walk you through your options, and give you a detailed, honest quote — not a one-size-fits-all price. We also offer seasonal promotions, material discounts, and can connect you with financing options if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, straightforward, and built around clear communication and respect for your time: Initial Contact – We start with a quick call or message to understand your needs and schedule a free on-site inspection. On-Site Visit – I personally come out to assess the project, take measurements, and identify any issues or concerns. Detailed Estimate – You’ll receive a clear, written quote outlining materials, scope of work, timeline, and pricing — no pressure, no surprises. Scheduling – If you decide to move forward, we agree on a start date. Most jobs (like roofing) are completed in just one day. Execution & Cleanup – Our team shows up on time, completes the work to the highest standard, and leaves your property clean. Final Walkthrough – I review the finished work with you to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before we wrap up. We’re here to make the process easy, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of hands-on experience in the building materials and exterior remodeling industry, along with formal training and certifications that back the quality of my work. I hold a Class A Contractor’s License in the state of Virginia I’m Master Craftsman Certified by CertainTeed in both roofing and siding I’ve completed James Hardie product training for proper fiber cement siding installation I’m certified by ProVia for energy-efficient window system installation I also hold a Certificate in Roofing Fundamentals from Clemson University, which deepened my understanding of residential roofing systems, ventilation, and best practices
