What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is value based pricing. I will make a determination of the work involved and provide a fixed price for that work. I do not price hourly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very consultative to determine how to best meet the clients needs and provide a fixed price for providing that service. We can accomplish this remotely using a phone or video consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in accounting and an MBA in finance. I am an IRS Enrolled Agent and a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
