I have completed over a thousand notarial acts including refinances and purchase packages. I am certified and screened by the National Notary Association, Notary2Pro and Loan Signing System. I am accurate, professional, and always on time. I am flexible with last-minute changes and always do my best to work within your time restraints or deadlines. Your confidentiality and privacy are my highest priorities. After hours fees are for appointments after 8:00 PM for an additional $25.
FOR ALL MORTGAGE CLOSINGS.. I carry $3 million additional insurance to notarize real estate transactions. If you need a loan package closed, the fee is $150 anywhere in the Hampton Roads area. Reverse mortgages are $350. I will be happy to ship the package with a pre-paid shipping label provided by you. I will immediately send you the confirmation receipt via **** or *****. I am also happy to scan the documents back to your lender and/or title company if needed, free of charge.

Actually Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality are what I liked about A Paul Mobile Notary. I needed a notary ASAP because a document I had notarized at the UPS Store in Norfolk VA notarized the document wrong and the state agency had to send me another document to get notarized properly and A. Paul notary was willing to come and notarized the document I had to redo immediately so I could return the required document to the state agency before the deadline. She also keeps a log (which most states require) so if there is ANY questions about what and how the notarization of the document was done she had documentation. I will ALWAYS call her to do any notarization I may need in the future

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My general notary work fees are based upon mileage. After hours fees are applied for appointments after 6:00 PM
For all real estate documents, I carry a separate insurance policy. All real estate packages for refinancing, seller package, buyer package, etc. is a straight fee of $100 anywhere in the Hampton Roads area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will show up on time. I ask for a clear table or counter in order for the process to go quickly and smoothly. I will answer any questions you may have that are allowed by law. I can not give legal advice. I will need PHOTO ID's for each person that needs to be notarized. For example, a state-issued driver's license, Military ID, or Passport. The notarization process takes about 10-20 minutes, depending on the number of people involved. Having all photo ID's ready will help the process move more quickly.
