We are an all around pet company offering dog training, board and train programs, behavior modification, boarding, doggy daycare and other paw-some services including mobile grooming and a grooming salon. At Main Street Dogs we pride ourselves on the professional care that each of our groomers, trainers and kennel assistants give. We are dependable, concise, trustworthy, and caring pet professionals and would LOVE to meet your pets! We proudly serve Hampton Roads! We work 365 days, 24/7. Rain or shine. Our mission is to provide excellent care for pets and a great customer experience for their owners. Our clients know we will be on time and go above and beyond the standard of care. I was able to go out of town for 8 days with out worrying about my two cats! I’ve left them home before, with neighbors or family looking in on them twice a day, but they were both a little wild-eyed when I returned. They seemed much more content when I returned. They were able to come out the day after I spoke with them to meet my furbabies and then were able to start service the very next day! Knowing how picky my dogs are they were very accepting of the team! I was really in a pinch and they totally came to the rescue! On a scale of 1-10 they are a 100!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and I will also work with each one of my customers on special pricing for packages or extra visits if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with all new clients. That is my standard procedure and I called it a meet and greet. That way both parties are at ease and get to know one another.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started caring for animals and dogs in 2002. We used to have a black Labrador retriever. He was an awesome dog! I love sharing the abundant love I had for him with other pets that come into my life.
