My number 1 goal is customer satisfaction, I try to get the customers as involved in the planning as much as possible so that when I'm done doing my job they have exactly what they had envisioned from the beginning. The satisfaction I get with a happy client, hearing thank you so very much at the end of the day, or job. Also seeing a finished product, whether it's a new deck or a new tile shower surround or just a fresh paint job, It still amazes me what a little hard work can do and how big of a difference little things make.

I cannot describe how pleased my wife and I are with the work performed by Eric and Bob. What started out as a den remodeling job kept blossoming into other jobs including fence repairs, two bathroom updates, electrical rework, concrete porch and foundation parging, and lots of painting and moulding work. All in all, they were our go to contractor for many home repair jobs as we were getting the house ready to sell. They were always on time, did quality work, and always accommodated our schedules. I also want to note the thorough estimates, contracts, and revisions. They listened to our ideas and worked with us to complete some extensive renovations. Eric painted the family room and bedroom in our condo. He also filled in a number of screw and nail holes in the walls from curtains and pictures. He was able to match up the existing paint color and also got a great deal for us on the paint. The walls turned out great. After hiring him he was able to do the job as soon as we were available and finished the work the same day. I will use Eric for future projects.

Eric did an excellent job repairing drywall on my living room ceiling from a water leak in my upstairs bathroom. He was very professional, well experienced and promptly finished the repair with great results. We are very satisfied and plan to use his services in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes but most of the time there are a lot of things that you have to be able to foresee going wrong and pray it doesn't, that's why I always try to prepare the homeowner for what may happen then do everything I can to prevent the things that cost and are unexpected charges!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first and foremost learning exactly what the customer wants and doing my best to understand and explain to them what I am going to do before I ever start doing it. the key is no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
lots of customer service training which really helps me communicate well with my customers! also it helps me get a good idea of what they are looking for!
