- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies due to each customers needs. I got into this business to help people achieve the results they want. Too many times someone calls me after they have tried 3-5 other companies who could not get their property up to par the way they requested. Please remember, you are paying for quality work not a quick in and out job. We are a very thorough company and we do not rest until the customer is fully satisfied. Lawn's do not transform over night, it is a lengthy process that can take 3-5 years to go from a weedy yard to a thick lush lawn.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with asking the customers about their project and discussing each and every option thoroughly. Not every customer's needs are the same so we address each project individually to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the turf business for over 18 years, I am constantly taking classes to further educate myself as well as my staff. KBLP Lawn and Landscape, LLC's owner is a certified commercial applicator with VDAC and is certified to handle all chemical/fertilizer applications.
