The technician, Jonak, solved the drainage problem with our dishwasher in record time. He was very courteous and he followed all of the necessary COVID-19 protocols. We highly recommend this company for appliance repairs and will probably call them again for any future appliance repairs.

RJ was very responsive and punctual. When he saw our appliance , instead of making us waste money on repairs, he gave us a very helpful advice on what will be a long lasting solution. When he discovered that we are a repeat customer, he waived the call charge. This is phenomenal. The freezer he fixed for us previously is working perfectly fine. He is a very patient and kind gentleman. I will call him for all my appliances in the future.
