Called Sunday, came by to determine what needed to be done. Returned Tuesday, discovered part would not fit and a correct part was unavailable. Machine could not be repaired. No charge, which really surprised me. Although they were unable to repair the washing machine, I would hire them in the future if I needed another appliance repaired.

RJ Tech responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes, set up a time same day and they showed up within 3 hours and fixed the garbage disposal. The tech not only fixed the disposal, but found a potential leak under the sink and offered to fix that to ensure that the leak didn't impact the quality installation of the new garbage disposal. He went over and beyond to fix something that wasn't part of the quote and really cared about his quality of work. I will be using these guys again for sure! If your looking for an honest and great work quality, they are legit.

RJ appliance was excellent- highly recommended them. We had a range burner go out - they came out within a day of requesting a repair - had to order the part which took about a week. When they arrived to replace the burner they discovered one of the controller circuits also shorted-out. We decided not to spend more money on the repair. RJ did not charge us for the visit. They were very professional and honest. We will use them again when we need service.
