Joel (1) moved a light/fan switch to a different wall, (2) added an outlet, and (3) added another outlet. Work included the electrical and drywall. (I didn't have Joel repaint, because I am going to be painting the walls a different color in the near future.) Price was good. Quality of work was great. Place was clean (no dust all over couch or bed, like I've sometimes had with other contractors). Joel was VERY responsive and easy to communicate with. I sent him clear photos with annotations in the photos of what I wanted done (e.g., arrows), and he called me and we settled on a price quickly. He was responsive in text messages, showed up on the day he said he would, got the job done well with no problems. He never tried to raise the negotiated price (which some contractors do). Finding a contractor who is responsive, easy to communicate with (by phone, text, and in-person), offers a good price, and does good work is hard to find. I'm glad that I found Joel, and I anticipate working with him again in the future on other projects. Would recommend!

Excellent work. We did not have an obvious place from which to pull power. Joe made it happen. The end result looks like original construction. Well finished and professional. We have a new flush mounted outlet and he even installed a wall fan. I also appreciated his responsiveness. We struggled with schedules and he followed up quickly with last minute availability. Clean, courteous service. Will hire again.

Joel responded very quickly... which was great - and on a Sunday! He came over in about an hour and provided an estimate. Reviews had shown he had done this type of work before (install 220v plug for EV charging). Agreed on a price and he completed the job the same day. Very professional service and workmanship, he is not a typical "handyman" - this job was professionally completed. 100% would use him again - and will!
