FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I get it—price matters, and I’m not the cheapest, but I believe in doing it right the first time. My prices are competitive for the quality I bring, and that’s why I back it up with warranties. I’d rather you hire me once and never worry again. Quality work, no surprises. If it’s not the right fit, no hard feelings!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll listen to what you need and make sure I understand the job. I’ll give you an upfront quote with no surprises. On the day of the job, I show up on time, do the work right, and throw in a 12-point Safety Inspection to make sure everything’s safe. After that, I’ll walk you through everything I did and answer any questions. I’m here to get it done right and leave you with zero worries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the field back in 2005 and completed trade school in 2008 while working full-time. From there, I moved through the ranks, eventually becoming assistant manager of an electrical department by 2014. I earned my master electrician’s license this year, which means I’m licensed to handle the most complex electrical projects, ensuring everything meets the highest safety standards.
