Thank you for your outstanding service in that delicate situation. We really appreciate it! My daughter found some larvae in her room that turned out to be from soil of plants she had left outside and then brought in. We thought it was maggots. She was very afraid to have her room sprayed with chemicals. The tech came out anyway and examine the situation and explained that there was no spraying needed as long as she eliminated the food source for the larvae and deep cleaned the floors. She is very happy with this and so are we. :)

Imran from Blur Star Pest Services was great! I had an issue within my home that I felt needed to be addressed immediately and he responded as soon as I sent out a request on Thumbtack. Additionally, he showed up for service first thing the next morning and performed a thorough inspection of my entire home. Not only did he address the problem I was having but performed some preventative measures as well. Imran really gave me a peace of mind and it was much needed and appreciated at the time. Not only did he do that, he didn’t try to oversell me. This was so important to me. As someone who works in property management, I frequently see pest control companies performing haphazard service without any real care for their clients. I also have experienced lack luster service from bigger companies within my own home. Imran was knowledgeable, personable, and detailed oriented. I am so happy to have found Blue Star Pest Services.

Blue Star came out right away to treat my issue. Chris pointed out multiple things to me that I may not have noticed myself. So far, treatment has been very effective, as I have not seen any more unwanted pests. They will be back for a follow up appointment to check all the areas and retreat as a precaution.
