- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by showing for a diagnostic and figuring out the issue. Once I do that, I show my customer and explain to them what I’ve found. I share how I’ll fix it and what it will entail. I send a detailed quote all inclusive so you can see your out the door price, and get to working asap to get things back up and running.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the navy almost 7 years ago.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure whoever you hire you trust them. They can explain and show you in-depth what the issue is and how they’re going to fix it. That shows true education, passion, and commitment.
