Excellent company! I reached out the night before at around 9:30pm and they responded right back and scheduled a time to arrive. They arrived right on time (three minutes early), diagnosed the problem and took the time just to inspect the entire garagedoor. Repairs were done in an hour for a reasonable price. Luxreen was the third garagedoor technician who came to me to repair my garagedoor. The first installed the wrong springs on the door and it stopped operating the next day. I paid $525 for the repair and after trying multiple times to have him return, he never came back. I hired a second tech tech to come out to fix the door - he increased the tension on the mechanism and charged me $210, saying nothing about the springs. After one day the door stopped functioning and I called his company who sent another technician who advised me about the incorrect spring but did not repair it. I'm out $735 now with an inoperable door. Finally, I called Luxreen whose technician also noticed the wrong spring and made a temporary repair. He asked if I wanted him to install the correct springs, but I declined, deciding to replace the whole door. No problems with the Luxreen tech.
