- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try maintain extremely competitive prices. I pride myself in running a company that does not price gouge customers. My business plan revolves around getting as many referrals and repeat customers as possible. To do this, I have to have fair pricing. In the rare case where a customer feels we are higher than we should be, we will typically take a second look at the numbers to see if we can do any better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will take down your information and the details of your project. We will conduct a site visit if necessary then we will send you a quote. Once the price is agreed upon, we will go ahead and get you on the schedule. For smaller projects, we do not require a deposit and for bigger ones we require 1/3 down payment to secure your spot on the schedule
