Francisco and Miguel did a FANTASTIC job. I asked them to repair some drywall in my apartment and they went above and beyond! They made the wall look brand new! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes I do onsite estimates, but when it's a small drywall patch I do it over the phone with pictures.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For bigger jobs (drywall installation) we come out in person to give a quote then schedule the job. Smaller things we give estimates over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by my dad how to do this when I was like 12 and have done it since.
