Albert was initially very responsive. He made several suggestions that I took him up on. This made a simple repair a much bigger job than anticipated. I spent over $3,000. As the project went on, I experienced several delays that I chalked up as typical contractor headaches. For example, the replaced exterior doors sat on my lawn for several weeks.
Several months after the work concluded, one of the doors that Albert installed began to malfunction. The storm door barely closes and I am afraid to open the exterior door since it sticks. I contacted Albert since he guarantees his work. It's been several weeks of frustrating back and forth trying to get this addressed. I am at the point where I will likely have to pay another contractor to fix this problem. I get that Albert has a small team and is juggling many projects, but trying to deal with a problem I thought I paid to fix is stressful on my end as well.
While I am glad I got the work done, I wish I had shopped around a bit more.

We hired JR Home Services to assemble various furniture items we had bought but didn't have time to assemble. We are extremely happy with the result, everything was assembled and installed in good time and with great care! We are definitely going to hire them in the future for our next project. Highly recommend!!!

Working with Albert as an absolute delight. He was professional, courteous and went above and beyond. He made sure that everything he installed was secured for my aging parents and even went to pick up extra materials to make sure the job was done perfectly. I would definitely hire him again!

The site only allows users to choose 3 “what I liked about working with JR” I want to select all 5. We reached out to Albert to install a custom workbench to the garbage wall. I was very impressed that he talked thru his thoughts for installing it with my Dad, he listened to my concerns about the installation being secure and safe for my Dad.
I can not recommend Albert enough. We will be reaching out to him for assistance with other projects through the summer.
He gets 10 stars!!
