I reached out to Tony to see if he could find and match more flooring with what we already had, but what we had was discontinued and not available in the area. We eventually found the new flooring out of state and called Tony back to do the work - removing the large section of carpet in the lounge, and transitional strips and installing the new flooring. Tony and the team were punctual, provided great communication, and explained what was going to happen, what they needed to discover, and what pieces of flooring would need to be replaced if they were cut previously when they removed the transitional strips. His team removed the carpet. I was extremely nervous as the color of the new flooring matched, but the locking system was slightly different, and the new product was expensive. The flooring match was seamless, we were so shocked it was like we had always had continuous flooring. Tony and his team were terrific. Tony is pleasant, humble, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. We were so impressed by the work that we decided to redo our floors in other parts of the house. The cost was amazing and the work quality was exceptional. Thank you, Tony, I wish all service providers were as excellent as you and took pride in their work and customer service

Tony helped me with this relatively job of cutting out two pieces of hardwood flooring for the purpose of letting the condo association's office to take a look at the underlayment and decide whether the underlayment meets the standard specified in the bylaw. Tony is so professional. Other flooring companies which I contacted are not willing to make a trip for this small job. But Tony did it for me. And he also provided me with invaluable knowledge about the underlayment and GypConrete (which is under the underlayment), with which the association's manager was convinced that the underlayment meets the association's standard). Tony demonstrated expertise and professionalism in the flooring! Next time when I have a big job, I for sure will give this job to Tony Flooring LLC!
