- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the property size, age, and type of inspection requested. I offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees, so you know exactly what to expect before booking. Additional services such as radon testing, mold inspection with lab analysis, and air quality testing are available and priced separately. Bundle options may be available when services are combined. My goal is to provide thorough, high-quality inspections that deliver real value and peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and efficient. Once you reach out, I gather basic property details and help you schedule the inspection at a convenient time. After booking, I send a confirmation with the agreement and inspection details. On the day of the inspection, I perform a thorough evaluation of the property and, whenever possible, walk you through key findings on-site so you clearly understand any concerns. In most cases, the report is delivered the same day. Late-day inspections may take up to 12 hours, and I guarantee delivery within 24 hours. The report includes detailed photos and clear explanations. I remain available after the inspection to answer any questions and help you move forward with confidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed home inspector in Virginia and Maryland and a certified professional inspector through InterNACHI. My background includes over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction field, which gives me a strong understanding of how homes are built and how systems perform over time. I’ve completed extensive training in residential inspections, building systems, and safety standards, and I continue my education regularly to stay up to date with industry practices and new technology. I also use advanced tools such as thermal imaging to help identify hidden issues that may not be visible during a standard inspection.
