Abigail did a great job!!! I’m so glad I booked her prior to moving into my new place. I wasn’t sure how my home would look and I was right: a mess! I don’t like to write critical reviews, but not doing so would be a disservice to others that may try to get this service in the future. The communication and punctuality was great, but the actual cleaning left a lot to be desired. The cleaning was all surface level and even that wasn’t done well. Other cleaners generally come with an assortment of cleaning supplies, scrubs, rugs, … etc to every job, but that was not the case here. They had just single spray bottle and rug, which suggests they haven’t been doing this job for long or they don’t take it seriously. Having used similar services in the past, I was expecting better and this experience was nowhere near my expectations. They can and should do better.
