We hired Santos Painting and Remodeling for exterior shutter repainting and window caulking, and they delivered exceptional results. The team was prompt, courteous, and clearly experienced. They prepped the surfaces thoroughly, matched the shutter color perfectly, and applied a smooth, even finish that really elevated our home’s curb appeal.

The window caulking was done with precision, improving both the look and insulation around our windows. They paid close attention to detail and left the worksite clean and tidy. Communication was seamless throughout the project—they showed up on time, explained the process clearly, and completed everything on schedule.

Details: Home • Two stories • Just touch-ups • Less than 500 sq ft • Vinyl • Fiber cement • I will buy the paint myself • No visible exterior damage

Santos responded to my inquiry super fast and came the same day to look at the project. He started the next day and gave me and excellent price. He sanded a wall in my basement and repainted it. Not only did he do that but he went beyond and above that by fixing other areas in the basement that he did extra and saw needed repaired without charging me. I will be using him again for future projects very soon. My husband and are very well pleased!

Details: Home • Just touch ups • Walls • 8 - 10 feet • Repainting - same color • Fair - minor holes and scratches • Homeowner or property manager • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself
