Very friendly, responded very quickly and completed the job quite quickly. My only feedback is I wish I received a quote prior to some of the work I agreed to let him do for me. He gave me an initial quote and then offered to complete a few other tasks, but did not inform me of how much it cost until it was time to pay - also a bit my fault for not asking. Overall, I'd happily book again the next time I have an issue.

I had an issue water softener. Did some DIY work based on YouTube video. However ended up messing up the work. I have requested Ahmad to come, although long weekend, he was ready to help, gave me time window for his arrival. He told me honestly about the scope of work and his charge for service. He came and helped another small work as well, but just charged me for the plumbing work we spoke earlier. He is courteous and ready to help. I will definitely hire home next time when needed.

Ahmad quickly reached out to me when I was introduced to Thumbtack. He was courteous and professional and provided great recommendations. He scheduled the appointment to install a shower door and sink faucets, and came when he said he would. He got right to the job and finished in a timely manner. I live quite a distance away, and he had no problem traveling to my home. He never complained; especially since it's such a challenge to get a nearby contractor or handyman come to my home. I was thrilled with the work he did, and I will definitely use him again and again! THANK YOU, AHMAD!!
