- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope, materials, and layout. We work with different budgets by adjusting design and material options, and we explain those clearly during the estimate so you can choose what makes sense for your space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your goals and budget. Then we visit the home, take measurements, and go over layout options. After that, we provide a clear plan and scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project and manage everything from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Virginia Class A licensed contractor, which is the highest level for home improvement. Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in construction, remodeling, and project execution, not just design.
