Introduction: I love to connect with everyone I photograph, I aim to capture an emotion in the moment and give you photos you will cherish forever. As long as I can remember, I have loved taking photos and the art of capturing a moment in time. My passion for photography grew when my daughter, Lotus, was born in 2004 and I began documenting her childhood with an eye toward catching each irreplaceable moment. Nature and art inspire me and I regularly explore the DMV area looking for non traditionally beautiful or off-the-beaten path spots that can be overlooked. I love meeting and connecting with people, and I always have fun with my sessions. It's an amazing gift to me that photography gives me the opportunity to create art. It's possibilities are endless and all around us in everyday life, even in little things. I incorporate light and landscape to help create memorable photos. My aim is to give you pictures you will love and treasure!

Georgette was great to work with. I got some portrait photos done by her. I am usually a camera shy person, she made me comfortable and helped with poses. She also has some great location recommendations in the DMV area. Highly recommend her.

Georgette was a pleasure to work with for my wedding on Jun 18! We had a limited window of time to work together - she hustled while maintaining her super high quality work. She was very responsive throughout the planning process, arrived early to our first photo site and was energetic and enthusiastic the entire time. We received photo previews just a few days after our wedding, and I'm very happy with how they are looking. I plan on planning another event in the Northern VA area so I can hire her again in the future!
