I had seen their vans around Centreville a few times, so when our water heater suddenly burst and started leaking everywhere, they were the first company that came to mind.

I was pretty frazzled when I called, but the person who answered was so kind and immediately put me at ease. They explained what I needed to do and was able to get someone out to us very quickly.

The plumber who came to our home was just wonderful - friendly, patient, and very professional. He found the problem right away, took care of everything quickly, and even helped me get some of the water and mess cleaned up before he left.

It was such a relief to have someone there who knew exactly what to do and didn’t make the situation feel any more stressful than it already was. I would absolutely call them again.

We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your 1-800-Plumber +Air professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
