Letting a stranger handle your computer means trusting them with your photos, your passwords, and your bank logins. I take that seriously my background is in cybersecurity, and I've handled secure data wiping and chain-of-custody work for hundreds of business devices. I've done this professionally since 2020, at Best Buy's Geek Squad, in enterprise IT support, and in AWS data centers. I hold CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, and a B.S. in Cybersecurity from George Mason University. Whatever's wrong with your machine or your network, I've almost certainly seen it before. What I do: set up new computers and move your files over, remove viruses and malware, speed up slow PCs, fix Wi-Fi that keeps dropping, set up printers and backups, and provide ongoing IT support for small offices. How I work: you get the price before I start, no jargon, no upselling hardware you don't need, and a plain-English summary of what I found and fixed. If a repair isn't worth the cost, I'll tell you that instead of taking your money. Everyone is welcome here, and I'm patient with clients of any experience level no question is too basic.
