- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and competitive with no hidden fees. We provide free estimates based on the scope of work, materials involved, and labor required. We offer discounts for repeat customers and neighbors in the same area. For larger projects we can break the work into phases to fit your budget. We require a 50% deposit to schedule and the remainder upon completion. If the scope changes during a project, we stop and provide a new quote before proceeding — no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate — either in person or based on photos and your address. Once we agree on scope and pricing, we send a formal written quote for your review and signature. We schedule your project, show up on time, protect your surfaces, complete the work cleanly, and do a final walkthrough with you before we consider the job done. All work comes with a 90-day warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 10 years of hands-on experience in interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, tile installation, bathroom remodeling, and general home improvement. We stay current on the latest paint products, finishes, and application techniques including premium Sherwin-Williams lines. We are licensed and insured in Virginia.
