(Open Now) We save you money by providing you with experienced professional movers on call. *All jobs have a base fee of $495 which varies plus a labor hour minimum of two hours. Hours are pro-rated to the full hour after 15 minutes for labor-only and full-service moving jobs. **Booking & Cancellation Policy** To secure your booking, an advance deposit is required for all jobs. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and other key details: 1. **Refund Eligibility**: - Jobs scheduled within 14 days of the moving date are **non-refundable**. - Cancellations made within 14 days are not eligible for a refund. 2. **Assembly/Disassembly Services**: - These services are offered separately and may incur additional charges based on the complexity of the item. The total cost will be confirmed before service. 3. **Rescheduling**: - If our team is unable to arrive within the scheduled time window, we will prioritize rescheduling at no additional cost to you, based on availability and your preferred date. 4. **Hourly Rates**: - After the base job minimum, the hourly rate is **$195 per hour**. - Please note, if the job is delayed due to our team’s actions, it will not be eligible for a refund. 5. **Date Changes**: - You may change your moving date **up to 45 days prior** to your scheduled date without incurring a rescheduling fee. - Changes made within **24 hours** of the scheduled moving date may result in a rescheduling fee or the forfeiture of your deposit. 6. **Additional Items**: - If any furniture, equipment, or boxes are added outside of the original work description, **the job is not eligible for a refund**. 7. **Insurance**: - Labor-only services **do not include insurance coverage**.
