Technician arrived on time and checked refrigerator and diagnosed the problem of warm temperature/freezer & refrigerator both . Recommended replacing circuit board for $650 including trip charge, part &repair. Replaced part and refrigerator still failed to get below 54 degrees and 38 degrees in freezer. Again returned and stated part might have been bad, shorted out ect. Came with another “part” similar and again this one didn’t work said didn’t understand and would check into partial refund of part. Nothing. Still waiting. Purchased a new refrigerator and no contact regarding partial refund for part that didn’t work. My advice I should’ve taken myself “can it & purchase a new refrigerator” unless you have a warranty or service plan. 7-10 years old save the headache or guessing game which part may work. Still waiting on a call back yeah or 👎 but to hear nothing, Had my fill of thumbtack for appliance repairs. Received a call back that will give partial refund for the part replaced that didn't work. Satisfied with the attempted repair and now Ok with the refund on the part that didn't work both attempts; and payment made for technician time and attempt to fix refrigerator.
