- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone consultation to understand your goals and see if the project is a good fit. From there, we schedule an on-site visit to assess the space and gather detailed requirements. We then provide a written estimate and, upon approval, move into the design and permitting phase before beginning construction. Our team handles everything in-house — from 3D renderings to the final build — ensuring clear communication and smooth execution throughout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Class A licensed contractor and full-service builder, capable of handling everything from cosmetic remodeling to complex structural work. Our in-house team includes Master Plumber, Master HVAC Technician, and Master Gas Fitter, which allows us to execute even the most technical aspects of your project without delays or subcontractor issues.
