Wayne takes his work very seriously and listens to his customer’s needs and concerns. We had a very difficult carpet with lots of cat urine damage. There’s no sense in replacing it yet while we still have cats but he helped us make it livable again. Wayne went above and beyond to make it much much better than it was, short of us replacing the carpet this was a good as it could get. He replaced a few spots of carpet and got a pretty close color match with the remnants he had, as well as did an enzyme treatment on urine damaged areas and replaced damaged padding underneath. He was also able to re-stretch the parts of the carpet that had bunched up over time. Wayne takes pride in his work and cares about getting it right. We will definitely call Wayne next time we need our carpet re-stretched or deep cleaned!

Needed a last minute carpet repair before a new tenant moved in, Wayne was quick to respond and was able to fit it into his schedule.
