Arrived very quickly on a Sunday afternoon to repair my AC, worked fast and got us up and running again in under an hour. Prices were fair and there were no hidden fees. Other companies use an answering service on the weekend and never called us back, or tried to schedule us for later in the week, but Integrity responded and was at my house in 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

I have known Jim (owner and service technician) over the last 6 years from having worked on my HVAC units at my business and at home. He always tries to save the owner money by debugging the issue over the phone - and when all fails will come out and find the issue within minutes. His professionalism, honesty, and integrity speak way above other HVAC companies who try to get as much money out of a situation. Jim (owner) has performed numerous SAME DAY and LATE NIGHT fixes for us. He says almost anyone in Aldie/South Riding area can be done at a moments notice which really helps when both your upstairs and downstairs zones break in the dead of summer. Thank you so much, Jim! Highly recommended.
