I had my AC Unit break down in 100 degree heat wave and Millie’s HVAC offered a very reasonable price for a brand name product and installed same day!! Amazing customer service!

Millie' s was quick to respond d to my Thumb Tack inquiry, and gave me an upfront quote for the HVAC repair we needed. It was significantly lower than our regular HVAC company had quoted. The came out quickly after we agreed to have them do the work -- the very next day, and did the repair within an hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sent our technician to the property of new customer and he diagnose the problem and than he'll let you know the estimate. And if customer like the estimate and go through repairs than, we waved of $59 service charge amount or applied this amount towards the repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed and insured technician. And they provide quality, prompt and efficient services.
